According to Dr. Murphy, a Robbins speaker, the five foundations above must be followed if you want to change the way your life is treating you. Many people fail to commit to these essential factors because they do not know how to balance them. Take the nervous system for example: this system needs to be in check any time you face a difficulty because your whole body can be affected by your brain as soon as you fail to take care of it.
This substance makes us feel great mentally and physically. Most of the time you are stressed, you probably crave something to eat. However, you must watch what you’re putting in that body. In other words, you must know yourself and what it needs. The more natural foods you put in your body, the more natural your body becomes. Just get rid of most of the artificial nutrition and processed foods as well.
Exercising is a must. By incorporating strength, cardio, and aerobics in your daily life, you get to keep your brain healthy, and your body, too. Working out prevents you from stressing and ensures that you don’t stick to the same work plan because the body gets comfortable and never changes. Add some intensity and get that heart pumping.
This is one of the most important parts of our life. We get to throw away trash and clean our house. An organized house or environment that you build can affect your mood or the way you think. You keep things organized and that will reflect on your life. Well, there’s no difference when it comes to filtering your house to get rid of all excess toxins so you can cope and face your issues better. Do your best to keep the excess toxins out of your home, out of your daily life, and out of your body so that you don’t become one of the five out of six Americans to die of a chronic preventable disease. Don’t live to eat.
This is the last foundation of our life. I haven’t yet met someone who has not wanted freedom in their life, even if they aren’t committed. The more you feel free, the better all the above foundations can expand throughout your life. Whatever you choose to do, recognize that freedom is the factor that keeps you healthy and free from your internal and external issues that can topple you. Here’s the bad news: It is not free. It comes with a cost, and that cost is to fight for it.
